What did you do before Be Awesome Digital? Cliff’s Notes style?
Before BAD I worked for two New York based digital agencies in sales and business development. I learned a lot about what not to do in order to be successful in this space.
What did you want to be when you were a little boy?
I was torn between being a baseball player and pilot. I still regret not opting to be a professional baseball player as it tends to be more financially rewarding.
What made you want to start a digital agency?
While working for two digital agencies for many years and seeing the lack of service and performance throughout the industry, it became clear agencies could do better for their clients. I noticed most agencies provided very little transparency to their customers, mediocre performance or worse, and in many cases, service was nonexistent. These became the core principles upon which BAD would be built.
What is the most fun part of your day?
Easily the most fun part of my day is when I arrive home from the office and get to play with my kids, family time.
If you could give business owners one piece of advice when it comes to internet marketing, what would that be?
Know how your money is being utilized by your agency.
Who is your favorite baseball player?
Michael Jordan and Ozzie Smith “The Wizard”
